SHIPPING RATES & INFO
Planners will ship within 3 business days of being ordered. Domestic shipping can take up the 8 business days, while international shipping can take up to 18 business days. Please note that these timeframes are not guaranteed, as Hello Business is unable to control the shipping or delivery speed of the United States Postal Service or any delays they might face.
Shipping costs vary and will be calculated at checkout - unless you’re local to Montclair NJ, because then we can arrange for quick & free pick-up!
RETURN POLICY
Planners can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as there is no wear & tear. You can expect a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 business days of return.
Any planners that arrive damaged will be replaced free of charge, because of course.

And you will too, since you’ll get a 10% discount on orders of 10 or more, and a 15% discount if you order 20+ planners!
Contact me with the size of your order and the address(es) you need them sent to. I’ll respond within 48 business hours with a fulfillment timeframe (depending on whether I have them in stock) and we’ll take it from there!
